History
Our founding team partnered on investments together beginning in the early 1980’s. The firm was established as a result of these relationships and commenced operations in 1999.

Assets under management
We have approximately $100 million assets under management.

Geographic Focus
We target investments principally in the Northwest and consider select opportunities throughout the Western U.S.

Sector Focus
We focus on three primary industry sectors in which the Firm has demonstrated expertise, including consumer products and services, business products and services and growth technology.

Investment Stage
We invest in growth-stage opportunities, defined as companies with annual revenues of $5-50 million. Investments consist of both minority and majority positions through three types of transactions: growth equity investments, management buyouts and expansion financings.

Investment Size
Investments range from $2-$10 million.

Funds
In 2002, we raised our first fund with commitments from individual and institutional investors. The firm began investing its second fund in 2007, and the increased capital base has allowed us to cover a broader geographic region and lead more investments.

Current Investors
High net-worth individuals, foundations, state pension plans, fund of funds managers and family offices. The majority of our funds come from institutional investors.
